Join us in the ancient practice of bhakti yoga....

All are welcome! No experience is neccesary... chants are call and response, and come from a variety of spiritual traditions from around the world.

What is Mantra Meditation?

At its most simple, mantra meditation is a practice of prayer through song.

Mantras are often sung call-and-response, and include chants from a variety of spiritual traditions, including Hindu, Sikh, Ojibwe, Christian, Buddhist, and some are originals coming straight from the heart.

Regardless of the language, mantra is a doorway that transcends all words.... it is an invitation to enter the bliss of oneness.

Experience is not necessary... only an open heart.

All are welcome!

You may want to bring: a water bottle & a cushion (there are also several there you are welcome to get comfortable with). Songbooks are provided.

Chanting is a way of getting in touch with yourself. It’s an opening of the heart and letting go of the mind and thoughts. It deepens the channel of grace, and it’s a way of being present in the moment.
